a notice regarding the Family and Medical Leave Act
Poster being updated. The
notice states that on December 18, 2008, the Federal Government released the
new Family and Medical Leave Act poster based on revisions finalized in
November and that the new mandated poster is effective January 16, 2009.
There is a new Employee Rights and Responsibilities Under the
FMLA poster. This poster replaces the following posters:
